Your satisfaction is our goal. If you are unhappy with your shoping experience, please contact us by email before sending it back. We promise your rights will be properly respected. However, the unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
INSTRUCTION FOR RETURN:
1) All returns require to be applied within 30 days since the order happens. We provide full refund including shipping cost if we detect manufacturer's defect. Please contact our customer service and keep the returned unit intact (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached with the original package). We do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut.
2) For any returns, you must contact customer service to obtain RMA# / Confirmation#. All returns must include the RMA# / Confirmation#. Once the returned package is received & checked OK, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment account. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping charge in this case.
3) Damaged items are ineligible for return policy.
Applications must be made within 7 days of receiving the product (s).
2. Any request of changing your goods beyond 7 days since receiving will not be accepted.
3. The product should be replaced by something equal.
4. Customers will be required to cover the price diffrerence if exchange for a greater value and also the shipping costs.

Custom orders are non refundable or exchangeable. Please ensure you are fully aware of what you are ordering before purchase, to avoid any disappointment.
Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Shipping Address
If the incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays, we are not responsiable for extra fees or exchange requirement. Please double check the address before placing your order.
